These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the 84db platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer, virtual sports, and all other offerings. 84db reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When accessing 84db from outside Bangladesh, members are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their respective country. 84db only provides services in regions where online betting is legally permitted.

To register on 84db, the following conditions must be met. These requirements are in place to ensure platform integrity and member safety.

• You must be at least 18 years of age — this is mandatory and subject to verification.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating a second account using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• 84db employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as members on the platform.
• Registration from restricted regions is not permitted. Applications from areas where 84db is legally unable to operate will be rejected.

You are primarily responsible for the security of your 84db account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 84db's support team immediately.

• To change your name, phone number, or date of birth on your profile, KYC documents must be resubmitted.
• All activity on your account — from bets to transactions — is your responsibility.
• We strongly recommend keeping 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, 84db may apply a maintenance fee. If this section of the terms is updated, members will be notified by email.

KYC verification is an essential process at 84db. Before your first withdrawal, or for any transaction exceeding ৳50,000, submitting a clear photo of your national ID along with a selfie is mandatory. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.

84db supports popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services and bank transfers for deposits. Each method has its own limits and processing times.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash / Nagad / Rocket, and ৳1,000 via Bank Transfer.
• Mobile banking deposits typically reflect in your balance within 2–10 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours on business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted — deposits from another person's bKash or bank account are not permitted.
• Once your deposit is complete, save the Transaction ID (TrxID) — it will be useful if any issues arise.
• 84db does not charge any deposit fees. However, if the payment provider applies their own fees, those will be borne by the member.

Withdrawing your winnings from 84db is straightforward. However, certain conditions must be met — so make sure you understand this section before proceeding.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement (rollover requirement) must be met — details are specified in each bonus's terms and conditions.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Priority processing is available for Silver+ members.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the investigation.

There are general rules that apply to all betting activity at 84db. These rules apply equally to every member.

• Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the member's tier and the selected market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed — except via the cash-out feature.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• 84db reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Placing bets through multiple accounts or attempting to manipulate odds in an organized manner is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts found engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

Beyond Sports Betting, 84db has separate rules for casino games. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) information is displayed on its game page.

Bonuses and promotions at 84db are popular among members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions — failing to meet them means you won't be able to benefit from the offer.

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to first-time registered members on their initial deposit.
• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements — for example, "wager 5x the bonus amount" — and the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until these conditions are met.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Voucher codes are single-use and valid for the specific member they are issued to.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously — unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• VIP points accumulate with every bet and can be converted into cashback or other exclusive benefits.

84db takes responsible gaming very seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a way out of financial difficulty.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Reality Check: You can enable session alerts to be notified after extended periods of continuous play.
• Temporary break: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for a period of 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, you can opt for permanent or time-limited self-exclusion.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that minors do not gain access to their accounts.

• Registering with false information.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt at fraud.
• Suspected anti-money laundering (AML) policy violation.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Confirmed to be an underage member.

If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance and no rule violations have occurred, a refund process will be initiated. If the account was closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
